Very comfortable experience there. Gorgeous and fairly clean trendy boutique hotel. The incredibly nice staff and their attitude. Very central location and 10 minutes' walk to the subway. A good choice of cafés and bars around the property. Great restaurant, for dinner...

The location was perfect for exploring Salamanca, with great dining options nearby. The room was well-equipped, with a variety of pillows and quality amenities. Staff were friendly and the cleanliness was exceptional. The apartment had a cozy feel, but the washing machine/dryer combo was disappointing. A minor issue with keycards was quickly resolved. The lack of hooks in the bathroom and early reception hours were the only downsides, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Modern hotel, incredible location away from the Salamanca market & the wharf area and very amiable staff. Great breakfast with a huge variety of great foods. Location so close to all major attractions and good bars and cafe/restaurants and the markets and heaps of restaurants. Excellent services, the free parking was available on site. The easy check-in process too.

Location is fantastic
Recently finished / poorly finished / looks and feels like it was done in way too much of a rush. Inadequate parking available and a fellow who didn't seem confident or proprely trained in the use of the vehicle stacker. Room 5 Strong smells, paint and another unidentified unpleasant odour. $300 per night for a room with a view of a rock wall and being woken in the night by the sound of rushing water in the drains outside the window. When we closed the window the room became very stuffy. Room 9 - $300 per night for a room that was poorly finished; a cupboard that couldn't be opened beacause the window blind was in the way; a shower recess with nowhere to rest soap; these are only little problems but they show the construction was pporly planned and the hotel was finished in a rush. We were happy to pay the tariff quoted but expect quality appropriate to that tariff. The product does not suit the price. While I would let anybody who is travelling to Hobart know about the convenient location of this hotel, I would certainly also let them know there is much better vaule for money available.

Excellent bed, spa bath
No lobby (no place to wait for friends or a taxi etc.). No view. The hotel is not on the airport shuttle service so one has to drag one's bag to another hotel that is!

We had the studio on 3/f (#13), located on wharf and road side. Not much view, nor road noise. The lift right beside our door was super quiet, not bother at all. The indoor look and furnishings were modern, really good quality, bed excellent, and amenities included stove, and all kitchen needs. Good Tas sparkling wine (42 South) provided there as well. Best thing is location with Salamanca Place - all the best restaurants etc a short walk away. We ate at nearby "Smolt", and it is well worth the visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my spacious apartment with a fantastic kitchen and comfy bed. the location is perfect for business travelers, right near shops and restaurants. Plus, the café downstairs serves great coffee, which was a nice bonus for early mornings. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay even better.
Some areas felt snug, but it was nothing too bothersome.

A great thing about this place is its awesome location in a cool area with a Saturday market not far away. 🛍️ And there's also another market nearby.
